ALTERNATIVE

Arthurs Point, New Zealand

This particular option isn’t the most traditional when it comes to ski season, but the views more than make up for it. This chic and stylish new apartment is located in Arthur’s Point (Queenstown’s best kept secret), which has the best of both worlds. It somehow manages to be both so close to the action, yet incredibly relaxed and away from the hustle and bustle. Snuggle up by the fire enjoying the stunning mountain views in a private and secluded setting. As a location, you’re also not at a loss for options if you’re looking for things to do. If you’re looking for an adrenaline rush, there’s always the famous Shotover jet boat ride. But if you’re looking to wind down, Arthur’s Point is also home to the Onsen Hot Pools, providing views of the breathtaking alpine scenery. As far as holiday locations go, Arthur’s Point is definitely up there.
