The new SUSHISAMBA Omakase menu includes crispy yellowtail taquitos, sea bass tempura, heritage carrots with smoked emulsion and wagyu gyoza! Did you know… Omakase is the Japanese tradition of letting the chef choose your order. It’s a phrase that translates to “I’ll leave it to you”.
Head to Covent Garden this weekend to try their US take on our Classic Fish N’ Chips. We’re eyeing up their brunch menu (available on Saturday and Sunday). Options include The Mornin’ Glory with scrambled tofu, maple sausage, avocado, sriracha, potato bun and The Sunrise, scrambled tofu, spicy seitan chorizo, black bean salsa, avocado, crèma and a whole wheat tortilla.
Try their new protein packed fibre-boosting shitake mushroom, black bean and ruby beet burger (phew!). It comes in a gluten-free bun with tomato, lettuce, and caramelised red onion marmalade.
