10am – HIIT class with Kim Ngo. Kim is known for putting people through their paces using her clear instructions and cheeky motivation. The key to her workouts is that they are fun and are done to a banging playlist, which is part of the reason why Kim was voted best female Classpass trainer in London for 2017. Kim is also a Nike London Trainer who specialises in strength and bodyweight training and believes everyone, no matter what their age, should be working towards a stronger body! Expect sweat, lots of strength gains and the temptation to shake a leg.
11.15am – Yoga class with Emily Clare Hill.
12.15pm – Brunch courtesy of Happy Tummy Co
1.30pm – Depart
