The fitness party has officially started… Clubbing institution Ministry of Sound has opened a gym in the club’s previously hidden booze vault – the Arches. Where Ministry does Fitness.
Discover a workout space that encourages gym goers to work hard and play harder. Home to a fully licensed bar, fuel on protein shakes by day and expertly blended cocktails by night.
Each zone features a selection of versatile equipment including treadmills, kettlebells, weights, TRX and benches which are used in full body combination to test and challenge.
Using the same state of the art club sound system as the club, The Arches never plays the same playlist twice. With 25 years of clubbing expertise and music programming knowhow, class playlists have been specially curated to get the best results possible.
This is a gym for real people. Posters on the walls actively ban perfect gym-selfies, and as for dress code, no one cares!
The programme is masterminded by Harry Jameson – one of London’s most sought after personal trainers. Jameson has handpicked a crack team of trainers who will deliver classes to sculpt, tone, strengthen and lengthen, six days a week, all focused around seven purpose built training stations.
Their mantra? “Life is all about balance and not slaving away in the gym with only a carrot at the finish line. We want our customers to come to The Arches to sweat their arses off, have fun and celebrate a good work out at the bar where the party continues. It’s all about the experience, the social and leaving on a high.”
Sounds like our kind of studio! For post workout refreshment, head to Mercato Metropolitano.
