Located inside a basement warehouse with exposed metal pipes, find a high energy crowd and a DJ at the decks. There’s also screens displaying the moves to guide you when things start to get frantic.
Try the ENTITY class with circuits of ski ergs, TRX jumps, mountain climbers and burpees. Race down an astro track on all sliders and hurl medicine balls. A non-stop battle of endurance that will leave your heart racing – fast.
Buddy up and perform each exercise twice for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest in-between – then repeat the circuit 3 times. You’ll be grateful for a cool down on the Air Dyne Bike – like your very own wind machine.
Finish with a deep stretch and help yourself to foam rollers and trigger point therapy balls for a spell of active recovery. There’s also yoga every Wednesday to help you balance out.
