Party in the Clouds at Sky Garden (Monument)

For a spectacular sky-high soiree, head to Sky Garden for a New Year’s Eve party overlooking the glittering city skyline. Soak up panoramic views whilst dancing the night away to a live band with resident DJs playing until the early hours, and enjoy either standing access only, a bar table with canapés and delicious light bites or, for something more elevated, opt for Fenchurch Restaurant and Darwin Brasserie’s decadent dining experiences (set menus and tasting menus available with optional wine pairing).

Prices from £165pp for standing tickets only, including access to the party and a welcome cocktail. Tables bookable from £245pp and menus start from £345pp.

Saturday Night Fever at 100 Wardour Street (Soho)

Bring in the New Year with 100 Wardour Street’s ultimate New Year’s Eve disco, Saturday Night Fever! Set to the backdrop of giant disco balls, magical metallics and neon lights, enjoy a three-course menu for £110pp (early seating 6:00-7:30pm) or £180pp (late seating 7:45-10:30pm), alongside banging disco beats. Tuck into indulgent dishes of Thai herb lobster curry with jasmine rice, and hazelnut & sage butternut squash potato gnocchi, followed by delicate desserts including a Pornstar Martini meringue bar with chocolate crumb and prosecco shot.

Prices from £30 for tickets for entry only before 11:30pm (dining not included).

Sky-High Dining at Bōkan (Canary Wharf)

Say goodbye to 2022 perched high above the capital at Bōkan, Canary Wharf. Boasting front-row seats to London’s sky-scraping landmarks, guests can enjoy a luxurious six-course menu at Bōkan37 before heading up to the bar on level 38 or the all-weather terrace on level 39, to party the night away with a glass in hand and admire the city’s fireworks as the clock strikes midnight. Expect beautifully plated dishes of ora king salmon sushi; foie gras terrine with Williams pear; and capon medallion with baby carrots, alongside a selection of carefully crafted cocktails and perfectly paired wines.

Rooftop Celebrations at Alto by San Carlo (West End)

Elevate your New Year’s Eve celebrations at Alto by San Carlo, a chic Italian rooftop restaurant and bar with live music located at the top of the prestigious department store, Selfridges. Take the express lift to the rooftop sanctuary, adorned with golden Christmas baubles, twinkling lights and enchanting foliage, and enjoy a menu of five dishes – designed to be shared – alongside a dessert and glass of Franciacorta on arrival for £85pp. Choose from Alto classics of burrata with smoked aubergine; ravioli with truffle and Pecorino cheese; and fillet of beef tartufo; before a sweet delight of baked Alaska or chocolate bombe. Open from midday until 1am, Alto by San Carlo will have a DJ and live sax playing throughout the evening and into 2023.

When Studio 54 Meets The Little Scarlet Door (Soho)

Leave your white horse at the door! This New Year’s Eve, The Little Scarlet Door is throwing a party like no other, paying homage to world-famous iconic disco club, Studio 54. Expect disco balls galore and a light-up dancefloor to embrace your inner 70’s diva, with complimentary canapés and a rum punch upon arrival. Dance until the early hours with live DJ sets, late night cocktails and an extra special countdown to 2023 (plus a few surprises) – this will be a party to remember.

Southeast Asian Inspired Celebrations at Pan Pacific London (Liverpool Street)

Enjoy New Year’s Eve festivities at pan-Asian restaurant, Straits Kitchen at Pan Pacific London in the City. Executive Chef Fabrice Lanson will be serving an early three-course set menu (5pm – 7:30pm) and a later five-course set menu (8pm – 9:30pm), complete with a welcome glass of champagne and the option to join the party with live music and a DJ at the hotel’s Orchid Lounge. Alternatively, head to the buzzy Ginger Lily bar for a glass of champagne, a signature rum cocktail and finger food.

Fat Tony’s Full Fat New Year’s Eve Party at The Anthologist (Bank)

From glitz and glamour to sequins and sass – legendary DJ Fat Tony is returning to The Anthologist in the heart of the city for an epic Full Fat New Year’s Eve Party. Expect high-octane disco and dance beats spun by the musical icon until 3am, alongside non-stop entertainment from Fat Tony’s entourage of incredible dancers and national artists.

Prices for Dinner & Party Tickets are £75pp for a three-course meal, glass of bubbly and entry to the club part of the show, starting at 7:30pm | Party Tickets include entry-only for £20pp, from 9:30pm.

Bollywood Beats at Cinnamon Kitchen City (Liverpool Street)

Enjoy an evening of contemporary Indian dishes, imaginative cocktails and Bollywood beats as you boogie into 2023! Eat first and party later with a three-course feast that features vibrant dishes of black cardamom smoked chicken breast; tandoori spiced venison; and pan-seared cod, alongside a glass of bubbly and entry to the party in the adjoining Anise Bar. For revelers who want to head straight to the dancefloor, Anise Bar will open at 7:30pm, playing high-energy Bollywood beats as well as serving delicious Indian snacks and Whitley Neill cocktails.

Pop your way into the New Year with Searcys (St Pancras and Gherkin)

Ring in the New Year with Searcys where the champagne will be flowing all night. Start the festivities early with an evening of fizz, seafood and live jazz at the newly refurbished St Pancras Champagne Bar by Searcys, with three indulgent food and bubbles packages to choose from or join the ultimate party at London’s most iconic skyscraper restaurant, Searcys at The Gherkin, for a sparkling four-course feast and incredible 360° panoramic views of the city.

Bid au revoir to 2022 at the luxury Great Northern Hotel with dinner and jazz at the new RAILS Restaurant and Little Bar, fusing modern British cuisine with subtle French accents. New Year’s Eve Omakase Special at Junsei (Marylebone)

Omakase, meaning “I’ll leave it up to you”, is the Japanese tradition of letting the chef take control of the entire meal – for a New Year’s Eve like no other at Junsei, Marylebone. Toast to 2023 with a glass of fizz as you watch the chefs in action, taking diners on a voyage of gastronomic discovery as they meticulously prepare and cook dishes including A5 Wagyu over flaming charcoal.
