FREE Outdoor Boxing with Carney’s Community
Every Saturday, from 09-30 March, wake up from winter with FREE Outdoor Boxing Classes. Led by Carney’s Community boxers including ex-pros, expect to be pushed (but keep a smile on your face). Each session will introduce you to the boxing basics in a beautiful riverside setting.
Riverside Boom Cycle Ride
On Wednesday 13 March at 12.30pm, don’t miss this exclusive outdoor ride with Boom Cycle. Enjoy a 30 minute class at the foot of the Power Station – the ultimate backdrop as you sweat it out to one of Boom’s iconic playlists. The price of the class includes a complimentary recovery shake. Pilates PT Method
Every Wednesday, from 13 March – 03 April prepare to sweat, strengthen and stretch your way to a more positive relationship with your body. Battersea Power Station are running a series of The PT Method Pilates sessions in The Village Hall, created by award-winning trainer Hollie Grant. Hollie’s programme is a mix of Pilates, HIIT and Plyometrics and is loved by Jourdan Dunn and Sweaty Betty.
ONE LDN Outdoor Engine Circuit
Run from the cold with ONE LDN at the foot of Battersea Power Station. ONE LDN coaches will push you through high intensity circuits, targeting specific muscle groups. They’ll keep your muscles guessing with specific overload techniques and rep ranges designed to transform your body.
The series of Outdoor Engine Circuit sessions are being held every Saturday from 16 March- 06 April.
ONE LND Yoga Flow + Meditation
Join ONE LDN for a beautifully immersive yoga flow. Set against a projected backdrop of natural scenes with invigorating tunes, enjoy 1 hour of yoga flow followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation.
Calm your mind and invigorate your senses as you work your way through a series of gentle stretches, postures, and positions. Learn about meditation and its symbiotic relationship to yoga.
