Jusu Brothers: Remedy for the Soul

Bayswater, Featured, Food, Notting Hill Gate

HeartCore, Form Studios, Barry’s West, Bodyism, 1Rebel Bayswater (coming soon)… are just a sample of some of the studios on offer in and around Notting Hill. It’s also home to one seriously cool Japanese inspired healthy eatery and juice bar serving up remedy for the soul.

If those flashing lights and nightclub vibes have left you feeling revved, level out in this zen cocoon that has been designed to maximise peace of mind and positive energy. Keep the cortisol monster at bay by sipping on a ‘Samuraï’. A healing blend of spinach, pineapple and apple. Or find your ‘reason for being’ with an ‘Ikigai’. Cucumber, aloe water, celery, pineapple, lemon.

Pulling from a variety of pan-asian flavours, natural ingredients and minimalistic architecture, Jusu Brothers is the expression of a meaningful lifestyle brought together by elements of nutrition, design and rejuvenation of the soul.

The all-day breakfast menu is bursting with colourful acai bowls, charcoal chia pots and avocado creations like the ‘Avo Don’, served on walnut bread with a sprinkling of salt, sesame and chilli flakes.

If you’re swinging by for lunch you can’t go wrong with a ‘Salmon Poke Bowl’. A clean tasting, wondrously healthy mix of quinoa, raw salmon, avocado, tofu, edamame, carrot and spring onion. Your tastebuds will thank you.

For something hearty to warm the cockles, opt for the soba noodles miso broth with mushrooms, broccoli and carrots. Gluten free, vegan goodness!

Latte’s here come in various forms; matcha, black, pink, chai and gold. Or if you’re giving dry January a miss, treat yourself to a little carafe of Sake – served after 6pm!
