WORKOUT WITH KIMBERLY WYATT AT THIRD SPACE

The new City club is the exclusive home to Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt’s ‘Bring Your Heels’ dance workout, for a six weeks series. Each class works on building inner body strength, aligning body symmetry and increasing balance. The workout is accessible to every woman, fusing techniques from different disciplines such as dance, yoga and calisthenics to help achieve full body strength.
Kimberly will personally host each weekly class at Third Space City, open to members who want to expand their fitness repertoire. Each weekly class covers a different intent, from learning how to stay consistent to building flexibility. The 45-minute session includes a warm-up, learning choreography to a unique dance routine, performance time followed by a cool down.

Month long pop up at The Refinery Regent’s Place from 30th OctÂ
The Refinery in Regent’s Place has teamed up with Ketel One, leading eco-friendly specialists KeepCup and renowned wild food expert James Wood, to launch a month long residency to inspire mindful living.
The Ketel One: Cocktails with Care Collective will feature great tasting cocktails made from ingredients destined for landfill. Pay a visit to the Conscious bar and take a moment to enjoy a cocktail on an immersive swing adorned in living plants and discover chambers featuring thought-provoking environmental fact and sustainability tips. They will also be hosting two masterclasses giving practical advice for recreating sustainable cocktails at home.

FOOD & LYCRA: JUST DOIN’ IT – PRESS UP & PULL WORKSHOP

Join fitness duo Food & Lycra for a 90 minute workshop that will focus on the core basics of your press up and pull up technique. For the first half of the session, you will be taken through the various press-up modifications and shown how to perfect your form, no matter your skill level. The second half will focus on the different methods for perfecting your pull up technique and upping your reps. You’ll also leave with a mini homework booklet to help you track your progress at home. This is a workshop, not a workout. Be prepared to slow everything down and focus on form and technique so you come away with more than just a sweat.

An immersive dining and theatre experience from the creators of The Murdér Express with a new menu creatively crafted by BBC MasterChef Finalist 2017 Louisa Ellis. Known for her intense and creative flavours, this very special guest will be designing an imaginatively curated three-course menu fit for all dietary requirements that ties in with the theatrical narrative.
Guests will join Claude, the shackled conductor, and his lowly assistant Gordy, on a quest for absolution, redemption and eternal love that will take them all the way to the Underworld. Along the way, guests will do their best to outwit the seductive Gatekeeper, the hunched Harbinger, and the damnable Dark One, all the while praying that this isn’t a one-way ticket.
