Confidence isn’t something you’re just born with. You are your own master formulator of what makes you feel good. Start by understanding your body’s chemical makeup. From exercising, eating well to planning around your mood swings and treating your body with rewards – often!
Join DOSE and a team of wellness experts on Tuesday 28th November for an evening panel that discusses how to cultivate confidence that’s contagious. We will be joined by an influential team of speakers including:
Amy Thomson, Co-founder of MOODY
After founding and running an agency network SEEN for seven years, Amy felt it was time to launch a business that could help support women like herself in understanding their emotions. MOODY was born – a digital eco system dedicated to moods, hormones and cycles.
Michael Lendon, Advanced Master Creative Director, Aveda
Long-standing member of the Aveda team – and with a love of all things hair and wellness – Michael runs a fully booked column at the Aveda flagship salon in Covent Garden where he sees guests, media and celebrities. He is also the go-to spokesperson for the brand.
Kim Ngo, Fitness instructor
Kim is a fitness instructor at 1Rebel and One LDN, workout playlist DJ and Personal Trainer. She is also the co-founder of Food & Lycra, where she spends the majority of her time loving food more than lycra.
