Book in quickly for these beauty treatments that pack such a punch, they’ll last for weeks and weeks.

BEST LONG-LASTING BEAUTY TREATMENTS IN LONDON

Brow lamination

This treatment comes from Russia. We’ve written about it before, and we’re still fans – it sets everything in place nicely, brushing all the eyebrow hairs upwards and using a chemical solution to ensure they stay put. It’s perfect for that wide awake, super groomed look. Ask for Tyra at Urban Retreat at The White House. Results last for around a month.

Gold Keratin

Better than a blow dry is the non chemical Brazilian blow dry at celeb-loved salon Neville. Called Liquid Gold, it’s an innovative Keratin treatment that will transform a frizzy mess (me right now) into sleek, straight locks that lasts for months. It’s formaldehyde-free and contains a host of lovely ingredients – extract from cocoa tree, pure keratin and 24c gold. It’s nourishing, too, working to strengthen hair and prevent breakages.

A hard-hitting facial

Sure, weekly facial treatments sound dreamy – but finding the time for that is almost impossible, and the fact that salons are going to be, well. shut. Do yourself a favour and book in for a facial that gets real results. Laser Genesis at Sana Khan’s Avicenna clinic in Marylebone gets rid of redness and pigmentation and minimises scarring. Another option is the Beyond Hydrafacial at Beyond Medispa at Harvey Nichols. The six stages include removing dead skin and providing lasting hydration, rather than just a surface-level glow.

Lash lift

This does what it says on the tin – lifts and curls all the edges of your lashes. Your eyes looks more open and awake and your lashes look fluttery, with no need for make up. It lasts around a month, and you may find the treatment addictive. Head to the pros at Brow Bar BBM in Belgravia for the treatment.

Brow and lash tint

A brow and lash tint is a real game changer. Darker brows give definition to the face and pick up on all the little hairs, so your eyebrows look fuller. A lash tint makes your lashes look thicker and longer, as it darkens the tips, too, which are often lighter and go unnoticed. It means you’ll get away with zero mascara and brow pencil for weeks. The pros are Blink Brow Bar – find them at Harvey Nichols and dotted around London.

Lash extensions

Head to Camilla Lashes, aka Camilla Kirk-Reynolds, for lash extensions. She uses a new, ground-breaking Gel-LysTM Technology  – it uses LED technology, rather than conventional adhesive. It cuts treatment time and ensures lashes last longer – think perfect fluttery lashes for around five weeks. Go as long and dramatic as you like – we say, the bigger the better.

Hair colour that screams ‘I had a holiday’

We all know holidays aren’t happening, so you can’t rely on a bit of sunshine to add some depth and lights to your hair. But Hari’s hair salon has you covered with its ‘fakecation’ hair menu. Try St Tropez bronze for honey-gold balayage, Bondi Blonde for sun-bleached highlights and Santorini Sunset for lighter copper tones. Balayage grows out naturally, too, even if you don’t touch it up for months.

Shellac

This is one of the best time-saving beauty treatments out there. Instead of a regular manicure, Shellac polish is ‘set’, or hardened, under a UV lamp. Once set, it lasts for two to three weeks, with precisely zero chips. They’re washing-up proof, typing proof and more.
